NPR's Alex Chadwick talks with NPR's Steve Inskeep, reporting from Baghdad, about the latest developments in Iraq. American and Iraqi troops have surrounded Fallujah, a hotbed of anti-American sentiment, after violent clashes there and in other cities left several U.S. soldiers and more than 50 Iraqis dead.
