Connecticut Tribe's Casino Plans Disputed

Plans for a Connecticut Indian casino bring criticism from state officials and residents near the proposed site who question the tribe's legitimacy. The Bureau of Indian Affairs granted federal recognition to the Schaghticoke Tribal Nation last year, paving the way for the group to build a casino in a rural corner of Connecticut.
