Medical Record Requests Raise Privacy Concerns

The Justice Department is still awaiting court rulings on whether it can obtain the medical records it has subpoenaed for hundreds of women whose doctors are challenging the federal Partial-Birth Abortion Ban Act. The subpoenas have many outside the abortion debate worried that doctor-patient confidentiality could be undercut. Hear NPR's Julie Rovner.
