The Los Angeles Times wins five Pulitzer Prizes, led by awards for its coverage of the catastrophic wildfires that ravaged Southern California last fall. The prizes — for breaking news, national reporting, criticism, editorial writing and feature photography — amount to the second-highest total ever for one paper in a single year.
