CIA Leaders Testify in Hearing on Destroyed Tapes

The House intelligence committee has a closed hearing Wednesday on the destruction of Central Intelligence Agency interrogation videotapes showing harsh techniques, with top CIA lawyer John Rizzo testifying.

However, Jose Rodriguez, the former head of the Agency's clandestine branch and the man believed to have authorized the destruction, will not testify at this time.
