FCC to Begin Auction of Part of Wireless Spectrum

Television will be all digital by February 2009, meaning part of the wireless spectrum is up for grabs. The FCC will begin auctioning off the 700 megahertz band of the spectrum this week.

Columbia University law professor Timothy Wu speaks with Andrea Seabrook about what the auction could mean for the future of wireless technology.
