Hydrogen Highways
California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger will announce his Hydrogen Highways Initiative this month. It's a plan to build hydrogen re-fueling stations across the state, despite the fact that few can afford the new technology. From member station KPCC in Pasadena, Rob Schmitz reports.
