The White House releases portions of a presidential intelligence briefing from Aug. 6, 2001. It covered the possibility of al-Qaeda strikes in the United States. During her recent testimony before the Sept. 11 commission, National Security Advisor Condoleezza Rice was questioned closely about the relevance of the document.
