After Expansion, Whither NATO?

Since the collapse of the Soviet Union, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, founded in 1949, has expanded as far as the Baltics on Russia's doorstep. The Bush administration would like to see NATO take a role in Iraq. These and other challenges confront NATO in the 21st Century. NPR's Michele Kelemen reports.
