Detroit Mayor Wants Cuts in Transit Budget

Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick announces big cuts in the city's payroll. In a struggle to balance Detroit's budget, the mayor proposes laying off 377 city employees, most of them in its bus system. Detroit Public Radio's Quinn Klinefelter reports.
