NPR's Alex Chadwick speaks with NPR's Pam Fessler about Tuesday's proceedings of the panel investigating the U.S. government's response to terrorism before and after the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001. A preliminary staff report finds fault with the work of the FBI. The panel heard testimony Tuesday from former FBI Director Louis Freeh and former Attorney General Janet Reno.
