The 10-member Sept. 11 Commission hears from top law enforcement officials about efforts to counter terrorism. Those speaking Tuesday included the commission's executive director, Phillip Zelikow; Louis Freeh, head of the FBI from 1993-June 2001; commission counsel Barbara Grewe; and Thomas Pickard, acting director of the FBI from June 2001-August 2001.
