Spain's incoming prime minister, Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero, said Thursday that he will withdraw Spanish troops from Iraq unless the United Nations takes charge there by June 30. It's a position he took before winning the national election. Jerome Socolovsky reports from Madrid.
