Marines Suffer Losses in Fighting Near Syria Border

Five Marines die in fighting near Iraq's border with Syria Saturday after a daylong series of firefights. The Marines estimated killing 25 to 30 insurgents. There have been reports of foreign fighters entering from Syria, using smuggling routes near the scene of the fighting. But it appears Saturday's battles were Iraqis. Hear NPR's Cheryl Corley.
