Book Questions Framing of Bush's Iraq Policy

President George Bush names U.N. ambassador John Negroponte to be the new U.S. ambassador to Iraq after the handover of power, news that the president spoke with Spain's new prime minister, who called for his country's troops to leave Iraq, was overshadowed by the release of Plan of Attack, a new book from Bob Woodward of The Washington Post, which contains potentially damaging allegations about administration actions before the Iraq War. NPR's Don Gonyea reports.
