An Oregon state judge rules that Multnomah County officials must stop issuing same-sex marriage licenses. The county issued them for seven weeks. The judge says the ongoing debate over same-sex marriage licenses should be resolved by the state legislature or a higher court. Colin Fogarty of Oregon Public Broadcasting reports.
