More violence erupts in Fallujah despite a ceasefire deal made earlier this week between U.S. officials and Fallujah civic leaders. NPR's Anne Garrels talks to Hajim al Hassani, a leader of the Islamic Iraqi party, who helped negotiate the shaky truce.
