Interplay of Iraq, Occupation Debated

At the final session before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee on the planned exchange of sovereignty in Iraq, a State Department official announced that a detailed plan of action has been drawn up. But the Bush administration conceded that many questions remain about how a new Iraqi government might interact with a large foreign military presence. NPR's David Welna reports.
