Appeals Court Orders Moussaoui Case to Proceed

A federal appeals court reinstates the case against accused terrorist Zacharias Moussaoui, ordering the trial to go forward. Moussaoui is the only person in the United States charged in connection with the Sept. 11 attacks. But at the same time, the appeals court ruling could provide significant problems for the prosecution. Hear NPR's Nina Totenberg.
