A federal appeals court reinstates the full legal case against Zacharias Moussaoui, accused of complicity in the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks. Moussaoui is the only person in the United States charged in connection with the attacks. The ruling allows the government to seek the death penalty, but it could also pose significant problems for the prosecution. NPR's Nina Totenberg reports.
