Negotiating Iraq's Transition
NPR's Liane Hansen talks with Noah Feldman, a professor at the New York University School of Law, about the state of negotiations on the transfer of sovereignty in Iraq. U.N. envoy Lakhdar Brahimi suggested this past week that members of Iraq's Governing Council might not be part of the country's interim government.
