Streetcars' Return a Hit in New Orleans

Susan Roesgen of member station WWNO in New Orleans reports that streetcar service has returned to the city after a 40-year absence. The city spent $161 million to bring the streetcars back. So far, ridership has exceeded expectations and some passengers are complaining about how long the ride takes.
