The Supreme Court hears arguments on whether Vice President Cheney must turn over certain records of his task force on energy policy. Two organizations sued for the information under a law covering advisory committees. The Bush administration says that law does not require disclosure of the records because the task force was made up entirely of government employees. NPR's Nina Totenberg reports.
