Cheney's Impact on Energy Policy

As arguments over Vice President Dick Cheney's energy panel are heard at the Supreme Court, the body's effects on energy policy were overshadowed by concerns over the separation of powers. But the plaintiffs in the case say they are motivated by an interest in who makes decisions about energy production, conservation and the environment. NPR's David Welna reports.
