Michigan Confronts High Foreclosure Rate

Michigan had the third highest foreclosure rate in the country last year. It doesn't help that telecommunications jobs — a source of second income for many families — have been cut back. The Detroit Free Press ad section has grown so full of foreclosures, it looks like a separate publication, says business editor Randy Essex.
