Landowners Ban Border Fence Officials

The fence being built along the U.S.-Mexico border is meeting opposition in Texas. Some landowners are refusing to let government officials onto their property for site surveys. Eloisa Tamez discusses why she barred surveyors from her property with Alex Cohen.
