Comcast Withdraws Bid for Disney

The Comcast cable company withdraws its offer for The Walt Disney Co., ending the two-month-old bid after Disney executives expressed no interest in the $54 billion offer. The Disney board ended two days of meetings without discussing the merger offer, instead voicing support for CEO Michael Eisner. NPR's Kim Masters reports.
