One of the men behind the New York Giants run to the Super Bowl is General Manager Ernie Accorsi. He staked his career on the move to bring Eli Manning to the Giants. Until the team's late-season winning streak, there weren't many people who saw in Manning the same qualities that Accorsi saw when he first scouted the quarterback.
