Relative: Abuse of Iraqi Prisoners Was Encouraged

Reports that U.S. military personnel abused Iraqi prisoners taken captive in the occupied nation have emerged this week, with some of the humiliations and torture being shown on CBS television and on Arab networks. The uncle of one of the accused, Army Reserves Staff Sgt. Ivan Frederick, says Frederick is innocent. Hear NPR's Cheryl Corley and NPR's Jackie Northam
