Mass. Governor Calls for Death Penalty
Gov. Mitt Romney announces a plan to reintroduce the death penalty in Massachusetts. Romney says he wants capital punishment to be used in only the worst crimes, such as terrorism and multiple murders. The proposal follows a report from a blue ribbon commission that called for making the death-penalty process "as infallible as humanly possible." NPR's Anthony Brooks reports.
