Quattrone to Appeal Obstruction Conviction

The lawyer for investment banker Frank Quattrone says he will seek an appeal to his client's obstruction of justice conviction on the grounds that the judge in the case was biased. Quattrone, who rose to fame during the dot-com stock bubble, was convicted Monday of trying to hinder a federal investigation. Experts doubt the appeal will succeed. Hear NPR's Jim Zarroli.
