Disney Blocks Distribution of Documentary Critical of Bush

NPR's Madeleine Brand talks with NPR's Kim Masters about documentary filmmaker Michael Moore's accusation that his latest documentary, Fahrenheit 911, will be kept out of theaters by the Walt Disney Company. Disney blocked its subsidiary Miramax from distributing the film, which is highly critical of President Bush's reaction to the terrorist attacks on Sept. 11, 2001, and Bush's close ties to the ruling family of Saudi Arabia.
