Brazil to Send Troops to Fight Rio's Gangs

Brazil is sending paratroopers to Rio de Janeiro in an attempt to control the drug gangs. The move is a response to pleas from local and state officials seeking to combat the city's heavily armed gangs. NPR's Martin Kaste reports.
