Manufacturing Jobs Rebound After Long Decline

Manufacturing employment has finally rebounded somewhat after a long, relentless decline. Factories hired 21,000 new workers in April, and revisions showed additional job gains in March. It marks the first monthly increase in manufacturing jobs in nearly four years. NPR's Scott Horsley reports.
