Idaho Community Tries to Avert Water War

Much of the western United States is suffering another severe drought. In Idaho, cattle and a Chinook salmon depend on the same streams. Ranchers in that state have come up with a plan to avoid a legal battle over water. Kathy Witkowsky reports.
