Working Poor to Benefit from Bush Economic Stimulus?

This week, President Bush is expected to sign an economic stimulus package worth almost $170 billion. Just how big of a shot in the arm will it be for low-income Americans?

Boyce Watkins, a finance professor at Syracuse University, explains how poor and working class families are handling the current economic downturn.
