In 'Swing' States, Education is the Election Issue

Iraq and the economy are the big issues on the agendas of the presidential candidates — but in "swing" states like Ohio, NPR's Janet Babin reports that education still tops the list of important election-year issues. There, high school graduation rates are dropping, especially for minorities.
