A new office building opens in midtown Atlanta, part of a a mini-city called "Atlantic Station" that's just nearing completion. The complex's location, on the site of a former steel mill, is one of the country's latest examples of modern, multiple-use development on a former industrial site. NPR's Ari Shapiro reports.
