Catholic Bishops, Lay Panel Reach Deal on Abuse Policy

An agreement was reached Monday between Catholic bishops and a review board committee on the best way to monitor clergy sex abuse. From Chicago Public Radio, Jason DeRose reports on how the two sides say a new proposal will be presented at a future meeting.
