Experts: U.S. Tactics in Iraq in Torture 'Gray Zone'

Many intelligence experts say the Bush administration may have inadvertently encouraged the abuse of Iraqi prisoners by approving the use of coercive tactics in interrogations. Experts say the line between coercion and torture can be fuzzy but is easy to cross without proper supervision. Analysts note lawyers were kept out of the interrogation process in Iraq. NPR's Nina Totenberg reports.
