Big Tobacco Ordered to Help Smokers Quit

A jury in New Orleans becomes the first to order cigarette makers to pay to help smokers kick the habit. The verdict applies to about half a million smokers in Louisiana, and is projected to cost $500 million. NPR's Debbie Elliott reports.
