Iraq Situation Creates Pessimism at Pentagon

Tensions are high at the Pentagon amid continuing military difficulties in Iraq and the prison-abuse scandal at Abu Ghraib. Uniformed men and women are horrified by revelations from the prison, and many are at odds with civilian leaders.
