Trucks Push Graphic Anti-Abortion Message

In so-called swing states, anti-abortion activists are driving trucks bearing billboards with disturbing images of aborted fetuses, in an effort to influence voters in the upcoming presidential election. Michigan Radio's Tracy Samilton reports.
