Biden Helps Monitor Pakistani Elections

As Pakistanis voted on Monday in a delayed parliamentary election, several hundred foreigners, including several U.S. senators, fanned out across the country to monitor the vote.

Democratic Sen. Joseph Biden, one of the monitors, tells Renee Montagne what he saw.
