Undersecretary of State Nicholas Burns discusses his recent trip to Europe with Madeleine Brand. There, he tried to gather more support from NATO allies to fight the Taliban in Afghanistan. Germany said "no".

"Unfortunately of the 26 members of the NATO alliance, only 9 are deployed in the most violent areas," he laments.
