Libertarian Party Holds Convention in Atlanta

The Libertarian Party is holding its annual convention in Atlanta and will name its presidential nominee on Sunday. Some the year the party's anti-war, anti-tax message could appeal to disaffected Democrats and Republicans. NPR's Kathy Lohr reports.
