Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon meets Sunday with his Cabinet for further discussions on his proposal to withdraw from the Gaza Strip. More than 70 percent of the Israeli public supports withdrawing settlers and soldiers from Gaza as a first step toward ending the ongoing conflict with the Palestinians. NPR's Julie McCarthy reports.
