Criminal charges have been dropped against Leonardo Blair, an African-American reporter for the New York Post, who says he was wrongly stopped, searched, and arrested by New York City police.
David Harris, a law professor at the University of Pittsburgh, is joined by Donna Lieberman, of the New York Civil Liberties Union. They discuss the new developments and recent data showing a history of racial profiling in the city.
