Colombian President Uribe Seeks Second Term

Colombia's presidential election is two years away, but already President Alvaro Uribe is campaigning. Riding on a wave of high approval ratings, his government has launched an all-out push for constitutional reform that would to allow him to seek a second term. Sibylla Brodzinsky reports.
