Attorney Bernard Siegel is the driving force behind a conference at the United Nations that is intended to teach delegates the value of therapeutic cloning. Last year, Siegel's efforts led many people to conclude the cloning claims of a religious sect known as the Raelians were false. NPR's Joe Palca reports.
